The Montana AI Summit series started in Billings. A room full of Montana owners and operators spent the day building AI into how their businesses actually run.

How the day ran.

The Billings day ran long on purpose. VIP and Platinum attendees started with a morning AI Leadership Training session, worked through the certification curriculum, and applied it to their own business models before the main program even opened.

The afternoon summit was one room and one track, with no breakouts and no vendor hall. Everyone walked out with the printed 12-Play Playbook and at least one play committed to run that week.
